I honestly don't recommend it. I sent the parcel back 2 days after receiving the product. I have asked many times about the refund date for the dresses, because I always make sure everything is in order. There is a 14-day refund period, on the 13th day I received information that I should have received the refund on my account, and on the 14th day after the company received the returned product, I received another information that the return was ordered only on the 14th day. I've been lied to and do I really need to ask for my dresses back? It's 6pm on the 14th and I still haven't received my money. I wonder what would happen if someone sent the product on the 15th day and it was possible to return it within 14 days. I do not recommend and I will not order anything again. I didn't even contact the hotline so I don't know where the last sentence comes from :)

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed, I placed an order for a few hundred. The T-shirt arrived damaged, but the shoes fell apart after 4 hours of walking 🫤 when I called the hotline, the lady thought that such a thing couldn't have happened because there had never been any complaints about a given model of shoes... and yet. I received information that the complaint may not be considered, seriously? With such a good reputation, you are telling me that it must be my fault?! Because there were no complaints🫣 weak. When making an order for a small amount, the T-shirt must go to a seamstress and the shoes to a shoemaker 🫤 never again.
